Beginner Level
This course takes a communicative approach of intuitive learning. Grammatical contents are far more present than in the early years programme, however we continue to maintain an emphasis on communication. By keeping simple rules in place, children can grow in self-confidence and enjoy Spanish.
Our learners will also begin to experience cultural aspects of the Hispanic world, laying the foundations for the cultural awareness required of DELE, AP and GCSE exams. ¡Olé!

Topics
From foods to countries, this course has an exciting group of topics to instil a passion for Spanish. Students can explore whilst preparing for future assessment. Essential vocabulary, grammar rules along with pronunciation are taught through topics our young learners can relate to.
Skills
Expression is the key. We encourage our learners to speak, sing, write and create. Our learners feel safe and enjoy their time in our learning environment, thus building the self-confidence to communicate in Spanish. Through routine, practise, correction and praise our learners build a solid foundation on their Spanish journey.
Curriculum
Our professional resources bring our topics to life. Recommended by the Cervantes Institute of Madrid, our textbooks and resources have continuity and stimulate the retention of Spanish.
Portfolio
On their Spanish journey our young learners will be accumulating evidence of their progression. Along with their arts and crafts, the students will also have written work and homework that reinforces the learnt vocabulary and simple grammar structures. Our teachers will present the learners portfolio to parents at the end of each term to show progression along with methods to continue the Spanish journey at home.
